Can't add family member - Error: wrong address

Can't add family member - Error: wrong address

Even though my wife is putting in our correct address in the email to join our family plan it still states she is putting in the wrong address. Can someone please help with this? The help contact page is currently down so I can't contact Spotify directly. Is there a place I can see in my account exactly what I typed in as my address for the family plan? Perhaps I spelled something out like street that I normally wouldn't have.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. It should be back up now.


You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
