My Question or Issue

 I cannot add members to my family account. When I click go nothing happens. 

Also I was never asked to input an address.  I did have an address on there before but that has now changed.... I want to change the address but posts are saying I would have to create a new account as this is not possible? However the first payment was taken from my account immediately so I would lose £14.99 If I was to create a new account and sign up again. 

I don't know what to do?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try adding the members to your plan using a different browser or incognito mode? Also, make sure that your address is correct.

 

If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown so I can take a look further (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
