Can't add my daugthers to the premium family plan

Can't add my daugthers to the premium family plan

Family Plan Premium Spain.


I just bought the Family plan after cancelling Apple Music. I went to my account and created the home address (Spain) and send the link to my daughters. 


They put in the same address like me, but get the message, that it seems they are in a different country???


We are all on the same wifi.

We are all on the same address.

I am paying with a Spanish issued Mastercard.


So what is the problem?

Thanks for coming to the Community.


In that case, at least one account has set a different country setting within their Spotify account. This can be checked at and here's some info on how to update the country setting.

No it is not working.

Same country and adress. 

Also tried accessing the link I create from the Family account, on all mobiles and on my laptop.

Shouldnt this be a normal process for people buying this membership?

I was able to keep my account as the main premium family subscriber, but I had to create new email account for the entire family. Not a very user friendly solution but it did the job.
