Can't add new family member

Can't add new family member

Been a client of Spotify premium and family since the first days. Never had an issue before. Trying to add a new member without success for days. I send the confirmation email, my sister accepts and fills some extra information and gets an error saying she cannot be a member of a family plan. No support phone or email addresses in Brazil   . .... No way to get any help from Spotify .. . any advices?
