Can't add partner to family plan, country correct

Can't add partner to family plan, country correct

Hi, my wife used to live in the USA until two weeks ago. Now they're able to live with me in the UK (we got the visa! hooray!) I have set up a family plan as we're currently staying with my mother.


I've been able to add my mother fine, but my wife keeps getting the 'you're in a different country' error. They've changed the country setting on their account as the other thread my previous query was merged into advised, and tried disconnecting their facebook in case it was related to that, but it still isn't working.


Any idea how we can solve this?

Can you please double-check once more if the country on your account (as the plan owner) and on her account is the same? You can do this at


If the issue persists, please post a screenshot of the country setting on both accounts and the exact error message that appears. 🙂
