My Question or Issue

I have just upgraded to a family account and tried to add my mum - she previously had created a family account herself but we decided I should be the main account, so cancelled hers. When she clicks the link in the invite email it just goes to her plan page and doesn't add her - do we need to wait until the month of her family account is up? Will she be able to join after that?

Hi there,

 

Please keep in mind that your mother can only switch from one Family Plan to another once every 12 months.
