I can't change Family Members in my Family Premium account. On the support page titled "Manage Your Family Members", I can see all of the members, but there are no actions available on the page

The original device is a laptop running Windows 11. I just tried it in iOS on an iPhone, and got the same result. I see the family members, but no action is available on the page (i.e., no links or buttons)

Can you please post a screenshot of this page? Just make sure you censor the payment method (e. g. remove the last 4 digits of the credit card number) 🙂

You're logged into an account that's only a member of the Premium Family plan, so while you can see the other plan members, you can't make any changes to it.
If you'd like to make any changes to the plan, you'll need to log into the account of the plan manager.

Thanks for this. Is there any way to determine who the plan manager is, other than trial and error?
If you access the list of the members, it should show each username/profile name underneath, and it'll also say if they're members or the plan owner.
The owner of the Premium Family plan will be able to see the payment details here.
