Can't change my Individual premium account to family

When I choose Premium Family I get a blank screen and there's nothing else coming up later.

Sorry to see this has been happening to you!
Could you try the same process from an incognito browser session and let us know how it goes?
If the page loads in incognito, then you'll most likely need to clear the browser's cache & cookies in order for it to load normally as well 🙂
