Can't change plan from Individual to Family. Get the error

I have individual premium plan, and I want my relatives to be in family plan. When I want to change plan I receive an error: you are not eligable for this plan. But I don't understand why?
I have georgian account, but its considered as EU, so I dont think the feature shouldn't work

Are you using some kind of VPN/Proxy to make it look like you're in a different country? 🙂 That can cause issues like this if, for example, a certain plan isn't available in the country your VPN is from.
