Can't create kids account

Hi ...I recently upgraded to Family Premium and am trying to create kids accounts.

The instructions as below are to go to plan overview...however there is no option on my Plan Overview to add a listener under 13. It sends me to the app which doesnt have the option. I can only send links, which creates prompts for logins, at which stage you cannot create an account for an under 13. So, circles and dead ends

so the option for an under 13 account just doesnt seem to be availalbe in my country or plan

my daughter is very keen to get her account started so any help appreciated!!

 

Add managed account....For young listeners only

1. Open Spotify on your phone, login to your account, and go to Settings
2. From Settings, tap on Account to see your Plan Overview.
3. Tap on Add Members, and then on "Add a listener aged under 13".  [THIS DOES NOT EXIST ON MY PLAN/ COUNTRY]
