Hey @Banke1,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Downloading your favorite music to listen offline is one of the main features of a Premium subscription. However, if the music is not downloading and you receive a message about a cancelation, it's possible that your account is not part of the plan anymore. This issue usually happens when the owner is trying to update the payment details, but instead they change the current plan by mistake.

First, we'd recommend verifying if you're still part of the plan by checking "Your plan" section on your account page. If not, reach out to the plan's manager to verify if your account is still part of the Family plan or not. In case you're not part of the plan anymore, the manager can invite you again. Keep in mind that an account on Spotify can join just 2 plans every 12 months.

Lastly, if you have any issue rejoining the plan or if your account still appears as part of the plan, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
