Can't get my daughter up and running, 'submit' button stays greyed out.

Can't get my daughter up and running, 'submit' button stays greyed out.

My Question or Issue

My daughter gets the invite and we fill the details in but the 'submit' button stays greyed and we can't submit. I have tried re sending the invite and tried her phone and laptop.

I see someone else had a similar problem a few weeks ago and it says they fixed it but it doesn't say how.

That's odd.

Could please try:

  • Try an incognito or private window in your browser.
  • Different browsers.
  • Different devices.
  • Disable anything that might block the page, such as the Firewall, ad blockers, etc. 
  • Do you see the "reCAPTCHA" button in the form? If not, please try this link to verify.
