Can´t join Spotify Family

Can´t join Spotify Family

Dear team,

I joined Spotify family and everything went ok. However, after almost one month I was kicked out of it and when I tried to re-join, I had to fill in my name, adress e.g. I put the same address as the owner of the family but system wrote me that they can´t confirm that I live at the same adress as the "main owner of the account". Can you please help me with that? Thank you.

In order to join the Family Plan members must live at the same address.

I have the same problem.

If you live in the same address and can't join the Family Plan you should contact Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
