Can't join a family group

Hello,

 

I was paying for premium until my father said he was going to do a family pack. I checked the faq and I had to cancel my current sub, so I did. But now I haven't received any mail for joining the family plan. Not even in spam.

 

Anyone that can help out?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

 

I know this sounds very simple, but could you tell your father to send you the email again, double checking the email address.

 

If that doesn't work, tell him to send the invite to another email accessible by you/him/friend and forward the email to your email address.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this trouble.

 

How long has it been since you were initially invited to the Spotify Family?

Wednesday evening I think.

If that doesn't work, tell him to send the invite to another email accessible by you/him/friend and forward the email to your email address.
