Can’t join duo

Can’t join duo

Me and my husband were in his family paln and they cancelled it, we made a premium duo and i cant join, it says icant join someone else’s family group in 12 months. What can i do? We didn’t cancel the old one..

Intento iniciar sesión en lo que sería el plan familiar de Spotify, pero me sale un mensaje de que no puedo unirme al plan porque esto solo puede hacerse cada 12 meses, y ese tiempo ya pasó.

Sounds like you've already switched Family/Duo plans recently. Note that users can do so only once in 12 months. If you try switching more than once, you’ll get an error message saying "You can’t join this plan".


The 12-month restriction is counted from the day you first switched plans. Check if you've received an email in your inbox confirming this.


In the meantime, you can either return to the plan you just left (if that's an option for you) or visit this page to see other plans you're eligible for.
