Can’t join family plan

Can’t join family plan

I have just cancelled a duo premium plan, which will expire on the 30th September. I am trying to join a family plan, and have put the address is which I’ve checked is correct and matches the manager of the family plan, but it keeps saying ‘There was a problem. Please try again later.’

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Joining a Family/Duo plan isn't possible while you have an active Family/Duo subscription of your own. Usually when joining, your active subscription is cancelled and any remaining Premium time is void, but this does not apply to these specific plans. So just wait until your plan has expired and your account has reverted to free and you will be able to join.
