My Question or Issue

Changed from individual to Family. My sons have duo and I sent them the link to join mine. It worked seamlessly for my one son but for my other, after he would verify the address it would come up with an error and that was the end of the road. It would say retry or contact for help. 
so I’m contacting for help. The address he was entering is correct. He lives here with me. Idk why it’s not working.

Hey @Gul13y, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you send another invite to your son, and have them open the invite link using a different browser or private window? Also, make sure no VPNs are enabled when he goes through the signup process.

 

If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
