Can't join family plan

Can't join family plan

Hi, I received the invitation to join a family plan. When I enter the address, it can't find it, even if I only input partial details like the postal code or the city. Even the owner of the premium account, when trying to edit the address, cannot find the one initially provided. What is not working?

Hey @1166743008, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don’t use someone else’s address.
