Can't join in family plan

Can't join in family plan

Hi. I am unable to join in my current family plan. I have been using this plan for over a year now and upon renewing, i got a message that "you can't join this plan, you can join someone else's plan once every 12month"

Can you tell me what your current plan is? You can check this at https://www.spotify.com/account/. 🙂

 

Also, have you started a new plan on a new account or are you trying to re-subscribe?
