Can't join my Family Spotify!

Hi everyboyd.

My dad invited me, my mum and my sister to join his Family Premium Plan, and it worked as I accepted his invitation. The problem is it lasted two weeks, then Spotify sent me an email saying they couldn't prove we live at the same address so it threw me back to Free plan. **bleep**

Then, I asked my dad to invite me again, and now when I try to upgrade to Family accepting his invitation I fill the info I have to fill but they send me back to the same page every time with the message "something when wrong please try again". What's the matter with it? I really don't understand.
