Can’t join my family’s family plan

Can’t join my family’s family plan

I canceled my premium account and became a free account. When I got the invitation from my family and tried to use the link it keeps saying join my own family plan instead of my family’s family plan. Why? How do I solve this problem.

Hey @mel52025, thanks for writing!

 

In this case, it's possible that you might not be accepting the invite correctly. Can you ask your Premium for Family plan's owner to revoke your current invite, and send a completely new one?

 

Once that's done, try accepting it from an incognito window on a desktop PC. There's additional info on how to accept plan invites here. Keep in mind that you need to live in the same physical address of the plan's owner in order to be part of it.
