Can't join premium family. Currently have premium duo.

I currently have premium duo but I want to join premium family. After I have filled in the right adress I get an error message that something went wrong, but not stating what went wrong. I am the administrator of the duo account, but I feel like that shouldn't be the problem when I look for solutions online. I am not the administrator of the family account.

You'll first need to cancel your Premium Duo plan and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂
