Can't keep family plan after moving country





My Question or Issue

I cancelled my old US card, so I need to update to my new Italian card. When I change the country and the address on the payment details it defaults me back to the individual plan and won't let me go back to a family plan. What do I do? My wife and child also have accounts on premium and I don't want them to lose access to the platform.

Thanks for reaching out.


You first need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can update your account's country setting and then subscribe to Premium Family again using your new payment method 🙂


Also, keep in mind that all members of the existing Premium Family plan will also revert back to free when the subscription has ended, but they'll be able to re-join the new plan (as long as they're all in the same country and have the same country setting set) and they won't lose any content.
