Can't log in to my owner account since migrating to Windows from Mac

My Question or Issue

Since logging into Spotify on my new PC running Window 10, I can no longer access the owner account. Login for the owner account is via Facebook and login for the second account is via email. Trying to login to the master with the desktop app simply doesn't work (it redirects back to the sub-account). I've tried to login on the web as well (incognito) and that doesn't work either. I can't acess the Owner settings on the web as it doesn't recognize the owner login via Facebook.

Via Smarterplaylists, I logged into Spotify and successfully changed the password on the Owner account to an email login.

Update: I create a new user in Windows and logged in to Spotify with the master (Facebook) login. It logged me in to the sub account.
