Can't match country and payment method

Can't match country and payment method

I'm french (FR) and created my account from there. I've now moved to Slovenia (SI). I'm trying to add my daughter to the family plan, but it keeps telling her she's trying to connect from a different country (even though we are right now at the same adress as the one that is set up in the family plan). Her country is set to "Slovenia". My country is set to France. I'm trying to change that by updating the payment method, from my FR paypal account to my SI credit card. However, I can't select any other country in the list than "France" and the french islands. When I try to save my SI card, it says "Your payment method and country don't match." which means I'm stuck.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out—that’s odd.

 

When you visit this page, you should be able to select the correct country below the payment methods and at the bottom of the page.

 

Once you’ve selected the right country in both places, you should be able to update your payment method without any issues.

 

If the issue persists and it only allows you to select two countries there, please share a screenshot 🙂
