My Question or Issue

Hello - I've been paying for a premium family plan for over a year, but still have not been able to play music on two different devices simultaneously. And before anyone asks if we are all using the same account, no, we are not. Each person has a separate email that they're using to sign in. When I play music on one device, and then try to play music on a separate device that I've added to my family plan, it boots me off the old device. Please help!

Hey @Gottgabriel,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We'd recommend that you log out everywhere, following the instructions here

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if you could send us a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior? You can either attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor or upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

On another note, would you mind letting us know if you're trying to stream directly from your phone or you're using an external speaker?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
