Can't redeem gift card on Family Plan.

I received a gift card from a company that I work for, the instructions tell me to do the following... To redeem: 1. Go to spotify.com/redeem 2. Log in or create your Spotify account 3. Enter the PIN below

Once I get there the fields on the page ask for a premium code as well as zip code, however, the gift card only provides Card # and PIN.

How do I redeem this gift card with my Spotify Family account?

The Spotify gift cards are only for Premium Individual plans. You won’t be able to use them for Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers. 

If you would like to redeem your gift card for a individual Premium subscriber and don’t know the Postal code, then I’d recommend getting in touch with the company you work for as they can take a closer look for you.

Spotify gift cards are a total misleading scam. It says this on the back in the fine print. Should be in big font that its only for individual plans. Unfair business practice.
