Can't switch from Duo to Family

Can't switch from Duo to Family

I have been in a Duo plan (for which I am the manager) for several months (was already a premium user before that). Recently my mother has created a new Family plan and I want to join it, but when I click the invitation and enter our address (confirmed it's written exactly the same as my mother did), I am prompted a screen that says "Se ha producido un problema" with no feedback on the error whatsoever.
I need to be able to join, or at least know why I am being denied access.

Thanks for reaching out!
Make sure you fist leave the Duo plan. After your account reverts to free you'll be able to join the Family plan 🙂 
Note that only one change per Duo/ Family plan is allowed within 12 months.
