Can't use family invite code

This is giving me a freaking headache! So, I've been trying to use the family invite code after my boyfriend sent one to me. (why he went with this plan is beyond me, but he did) I click on the 'Accept Invitation' link and then immediately sent to my spoitfy account page. Not this redeem page everyone else is talking about. I can't figure out any other way to contact Spotify to figure out this issue. And yes I've looked through the help pages. None of the ones that have been solved are relevant to my issue and the ones that are haven't been solved. So, please help! This is the most fustrating thing ever.

Same here I have been trying for hours and there's no number to call. My bf sent me an invitation has anumber on it but just says invalid..

Have you checked if your account is active on Premium when you log in? If you are not seeing Premium, could you make sure you are logged in to the right account?
