Canceling my family plan

Canceling my family plan

ok i been trying to cancel my family plan and go back to the free account for forever.. it keeps saying i gotta update my billing but i dont wanna i wanna cancel it.. how do i fix it. PLease help my ex is messaging me none stop to cancel it

ive tried following that it doesnt have the change or cancel on it at all.. it just keeps saying update payment plan 

Oh, that is not cool that it still doesn't work ! 

 

If you don't see a cancel option, you might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app. To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you still need help I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
