Premium w/ Hulu --> Premium for Family


My Question or Issue

I had a premium plan and then also joined a Family plan. I then cancelled Premium with Hulu. On the family plan owner's page it says I'm still an active member but it doesn't say I have the Family plan on my account overview. Did I accidentally remove myself from the Family plan?

Hey @lianrose4, help's here. 


We suggest that you log out from the account page, and log back in and check in the account overview page if you're part of a family plan. You'll also find this info in the Premium for Family tab. 


If you don't see this, you may have accepted the invite with another account. We suggest that you check out this help article to find other accounts. If you find it, the owner can remove that account and send a new invite for you to accept with the other account, or you can just keep it as it is. 


If you want to transfer playlists, you can do so with these steps.
