Cancelled subscription didn't go through?

Hey!

I subscribed to family account, but couldn't add my daughter since she had a private subscription. So I cancelled her subscription, so I could add her to the family account. But now I noticed that I have been paying for her and family account since desember 2016. 

Do you know why this has happened and what can be done?
