Cannot buy premium from family!




I sued to have premium for family on a different account that was registered in the UK. I have since moved back to my country and tried switching to a Romanian Spotify for Family accont, which did not work (got a payment failed error, despite trying multiple cards). I canceled that account and created a brand new Spotify account with Romania as my country of residence, but I cannot subscribe to the Romanian version of Spotify for Family, no matter what I do. The error can be seen in the picture.


Any help is appreciated.

Sometimes your browsers cache and cookies can cause issues resulting in the error message you see. Make sure you try again in a private/incognito window to avoid this possibility when trying to subscribe.   


You can also try another device, if that's an available option for you. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
