My Question or Issue
Just upgraded from Premium to Premium Family. Performed the upgrade on a PC running latest version of Win 10 and Google Chrome. As I was trying to add member at the Spotify website, it jumped to "Enter your home address" page, but after I entered my home address and press "find address" button, after about a second when the button changed gray then it returned to blue and nothing happened. I am simply stuck there. I tried to the same with Microsoft Edge, same thing happened. I tried to enter address through the Spotify IOS app, but there is nothing in the app allowing me to do so. My kids are waiting for access, this is very annoying.

You can also try this from another device, like a phone or a tablet.
Make sure that location services are enabled.
