Cannot get Spotify family e-mails to send

Cannot send the email to family members. Have tried many times. 

Have tried other alternate email addresses.

 

Please help or refund my money.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try sending the invites using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

I have tried using Samsung internet browser, and Chrome. Regular modeand secret mode.

There is no error. The email does not arrive. That is the error. And yes have checked all email inboxes and spam etc.

I got the same problem. No invite shows up on the email im sending it too. Been paying for Family for months and not have it working....

Thanks for the replies! Could you make sure that the people you are trying to invite reside at the same address as the owner?

Yes. Of course they do.

Please just find a way that you can manually send the email or add the person to my account please.
