Cannot get family plan invite to show up in email.

My Question or Issue

i upgraded to Spotify premium family, but when I send the invite to my family members to join the plan, it does not send. The addresses are correct. Nothing in junk mail. Seems to be a common issue people are having with no appropriate solution offered by Spotify. Please help.
