Cannot go offline

Cannot go offline

Back here again at this wonderfully archaic and time intensive way to get help.  I have premium and no matter what we do, my wife and I cannot listen to different music at the same time. She can go offline on her app but mine will not let me and even when hers says she is offline, it still shows on my phone as playing.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

One Premium account is intended to be used by a single individual, not multiple 🙂 I recommend checking out Premium Family, where up to 6 family members can be part of the plan and each person on the plan uses their own account, so no one shares a password and everyone keeps their own saved music and playlists.
