My Question or Issue

 My family members are 'kicked out' of the family plan and cannot join the plan when I sent the invitation link. They also said the name of the owner of the plan is not mine, it's the name of someone I don't know.

 

Attached below is what they get when they try to join the plan. Lotye Gervais is not my name.

Please help me, thank you.

If you're seeing unexpected changes on your account, we'd recommend first checking this support site article

 

Please keep in mind that the Premium for Family invite email includes the name provided when the plan was initially set up. Keep in mind that this is only visible in the invites sent and it shouldn't affect how the plan works.
