Cannot join Family subscription

Hello, I cannot add a member to my family plan. The right address has been entered, but Spotify says that we are in different countries. I have double-checked them, and we have tried once more, but it didn't work, What should I do?

I recommend making sure that the same country setting is set in both accounts 🙂

I’m currently living in Japan, I updated my address and I’m trying to make my wife to join my plan with the same address but a message pop up saying that I’m trying to perform the action from another country and I’m not able to finish the process.
