Cannot join a family plan

Cannot join a family plan

I have been presented with the “There was a problem” screen multiple times throughout today, with different links and in different browsers while trying to join a family plan link. My address is the same as the plan manager’s.

Are you currently the owner of another Premium Family/Duo plan by any chance? If so, you'll first have to cancel that subscription and wait until it has ended before you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂

 

If that's not the case, however, let me know, and I'll see what else I can suggest.
