My Question or Issue
I have family premium but my sister cannot join and every time we tried to join her account we get the "You enetered the wrong adress" error. I typed the adresa letter by letter. We tried new account, incognito mode on browser and even a vpn... None worked

Thanks for reaching out.
As a first step, we'd suggest trying again using a different device and a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider). If that doesn't help, try updating the address in the Premium Family manager's account and see if that helps.
