Cannot logged into premium family account. Have been member for last 2 years.

Cannot logged into premium family account. Have been member for last 2 years.

I have been using a family premium account set up by my son for the last couple of years. However recently, I found that I have been logged off and when I logged back in, I found I am no longer a family premium member. My son resent me the invitation and even though I put in the address, it says it can't verify the address. My daughter went through the same hoops and she said she got help here to resolve the log in problems. I am too tired to run through more hoops. Please help.

Not to worry, help is here 🙂

 

I would suggest that the Family Administrator of the account maually send the invite by link rather than letting the system send it via email. Then 

let them accept the invite logged in with their own username in the app and in the website. They should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of them to be left out.
