Cannot unblock explicit music on Premium Duo

Cannot unblock explicit music on Premium Duo

Recently got premium duo and added my boyfriend. However, his end says that I am blocking explicit music. I do not have explicit music blocked on my account, and I can not find where I were to edit it on his account. The 'Premium Family explicit filter' is not showing up on my end.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The explicit content blocking for member accounts is only available for Premium Family managers. Can you please post a screenshot of the error message your boyfriend is seeing? Please also tell him to ensure that the explicit filter in his Spotify settings is disabled.

I'm having this same issue. Added my wife to duo but explicit content is blocked for her

Please take a look at @Maxim's reply 🙂
We would also require a screenshot of the error message and of her settings where it's visible that the explicit content is enabled for her.

https://www.spotify.com/account/family make sure explicit is off or on what ever you prefer. This setting affects all accounts.
