Cant add daughter to family account

Cant add daughter to family account

Have sent numerous invites to my daughter and she has never received one of them. Checked email spelling etc and its the same. She has a student account so has been paying for that since January when we took this family plan out. She is worried she will lose her account if she deletes the student account (that is the only thing we can think of as to why she isnt receiving the invite). Can you advise please. Thanks
