Cant change my birth year for college discount.

My Question or Issue

 Hey so I’m going into my second year of college and been trying to get this college discount, and for some reason it will not recognize me as a student, I then noticed that it had my birthday year wrong. It says I was born in the year 1990 when I was born in 1999.  I looked it up what I can do to fix it and it says to change it through Facebook but Facebook has my correct birth year, so I’m just confused on what the heck to do. I had to cancel my premium because I’m not paying $9.99 anymore until my birth year will be correct. So I can get the student discount.

If your account was made through Facebook, you'll need to update the date of birth from your Facebook settings.

If the account was made through us, you'll need to update your date of birth from your Account Overview.
