Cant change the User of the Premium Family Account

Hello Community,

while i was trying to log into my Spotify Premium Family Account today i noticed, that i can't switch onto my account in the Premium Family and only use the account of my mother where none of my Playlists are listed or heard. I also cannot log myself into my account using my username (not the name thats shown to the public). The only thing that works is the admin of the Family Account from where on i can't switch to my account.

It is expected behaviour that you cannot log into your own account through the plan owner's account 🙂 In your case, I recommend following the steps listed in this FAQ article to get back into your own account.

 

You can try logging in using your email address (instead of username) and password, too.
