Cant get family members account to show family premium

Cant get family members account to show family premium

I upgraded my account to the family. My husband is trying to add to the family plan. It shows active. We accepted the invite. It is not changing his account to family premium and he cant download. It tells him to upgrade to premium then says customer service needs to help change his status.....help please!!
