Cant include my daughter in the family plan

I signed for the family plan and sent the invite to my daughter, that lives wit me, but when she accepts the invite, she receives a message that something went wrong and it wont go through.

We have tried several times, and it wont work. Someone has had this problem?

AFter including her name, address and submit, the message is “ oops
something went wrong. Please try again” Very generic message that doesnt
expllain the issue.

Is there no number at all in the error message?

In your case, please tell your son to reach out to Support so they can manually confirm that he resides at the same address.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
