Cant invite my Father to The family account

My Question or Issue

I cant invite my father we live in the same house and the invitation and the attempted to accept where on the same pc at the family address.

I could invite my mother and brother without problems.

This is the error message

 

Ihr müsst dieselbe Adresse haben.

Sieht so aus, als versuchst du gerade, Premium Family von einem anderen Land aus beizutreten. Premium Family ist nur für Familienmitglieder verfügbar, die zusammenwohnen. Versuch’s nochmal, wenn ihr euch an derselben Adresse aufhaltet.

I'd recommend the following steps :

 

- Have your father log in on his account overview page here and make sure that the country listed there matches yours

- Try processing the invite on a different device

- Try using Incognito web page to process the invite again on a different device
