Cant join Family Subscription

My Question or Issue

I got the invite to join the premium family plan, but i cant join. I am logged in to my account, the link is opening, but after i add the address i get the system reply which reads: "A problem has occurred. Please try again later." I have been trying for 3 days already from both my phone and laptop on wifi and cellular network . Any suggestions?

I understand you're trying to join a Premium Family plan. Are you currently a Free user or do you have one of the Premium plans (if so, which one)?
